Carol graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University in 1996. She received her Masters in Business Administration, MBA, from Babson College, in 2005. Carol has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 20 years. Throughout her career she has successfully managed two start-up clinics in Eastern Massachusetts and served as the Vice President of Marketing for seven outpatient physical therapy clinics, while serving as a treating therapist. She has been a treating therapist in various acute care, home care and outpatient settings. Carol and her husband opened Back to You Physical Therapy in 2011. Carol was the narrator of the "Ask the Therapist" podcast and the "Ask the Therapist" column in the South Shore Senior News and Boston Seniority Magazine. She also authored a blog in the south shore's Patriot Ledger. She speaks English, French and Italian. She has taken post-graduate courses in spinal manual therapy, lower and upper extremity orthopedic injuries.Carol Pietromonaco Murfin has been a Physical Therapist for 20 years. Clinic was opened in April of 2011.
