After being in practice for over 30 years what excites me the most is being part of helping people live their lives with more abundant health! After receiving a football related injury in high school and getting such great results from chiropractic care, I set my sights on becoming a chiropractor. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of St. Thomas and received my chiropractic degree in 1980 from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. My philosophy is that we need to move from a "sick" care system to a "wellness" model based on how the body functions. My goal is to help develop each persons full potential by maximizing function of the nervous system through chiropractic, improve movement, strength and endurance with progressive rehabilitation and finally promote healthy lifestyle choices.Back to Health has been serving Winona and Goodview since it was founded by Dr. Dale Dennis in 2003. Our primary mission is to help our patients achieve long-term wellness through chiropractic care, massage therapy, detoxification, and natural nutritional methods. The practice was recently purchased by Dr. Ashley Hamamoto, who specializes in chiropractic care with a focus on treatment of pregnant patients, infants, and young children. The clinic is now staffed by Dr. Kevin Arndt, and Dr. Dale Dennis.
