I am an Indian Physican who is a California Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist and Chiropractor. After finishing my Medical studies in India I have received post graduate trainings in Chiropractic and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the US. I hold dual certifications as a California board-certified and licensed Acupuncturist and Chiropractor. I am a fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (FABORM). I hold certification in Webster Chiropractic technique for pregnancy care. With over two decade of clinical experience I bring a wide range of expertise together to offer an individually tailored care program to each patient. After over a decade of integrative healthcare experience in India and United States, I founded Avaya Wellness in 2013. My mission was to make a patient focused healing space that would merge diverse holistic therapies to offer what the patient really needed to heal and be well. During the initial years we focused on pain management, digestive wellness, insomnia and internal diseases. Subsequently, lead by my own infertility journey I grew deeply interested in field of fertility and pregnancy and have had privilege of helping many couples get pregnant and navigate pregnancy discomforts. Prior to starting Avaya Wellness I had offered Chiropractic services in the SOMA area since 2011. I had just relocated from India after work in India as an integrative Medicine Practitioner and was looking for a place to practice that was sunny, alive and bustling with energy. I fell in love with SOMA area and have loved working with patients from SOMA, mission bay and Potrero hill neighbourhoods.
