that came with the stretching, strengthening, balance and coordination training of martial arts practice. In his 25 years as a martial artist, Tony witnessed incredible improvements in the quality of life of practitioners who had lifelong injuries; this has given him unique insight into the needs of those who study boxing, karate, taekwondo, kung fu, muay thai, jiujitsu, kickboxing, and judo. The mission is simple: to help people become their best. This holds true for patients as well as employees.
