Make sure to use the Infra red sauna! Great health benefits! Ran through my blood work and suggested some great supplements, such as Magnesium, Liquid Iron and Vitamin D.
My sleep and energy have drastically improved and it's been a few weeks!

Dr. Valcarcel was excellent. On my first visit, he spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing my issue, and gave me great advice on how to make my back better. It worked so well that I actually cancelled my follow up appointment. I will definitely go back to see him when I have other issues.
