Dr. Turek is a 1987 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He uses "traditional" methods of spinal manipulation with an emphasis on using as little force and stretching possible to correct whatever spinal problem is present. There is almost never any discomfort.
Dr. Turek and his wife Lisa have extensive education in the field of Nutrition and are up to date of the current nutritional findings and recommendations. One or both are always available to answer whatever questions you may have.

Dr. Marsha was very friendly and explained everything in detail about my assessment and as well as my first adjustment as to what she was doing and what to expect. Felt awesome afterwards.
