Dr. Miller was born in 1967, and raised in Iowa. He graduated from high school in Cedar Rapids in 1985, and then went on to study Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Iowa, from 1985 through 1989. In 1990, Dr. Miller began studying at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After graduating in 1994, and working as an associate doctor for approximately two years, he then opened his own private practice in August of 1996, in Hammond, Louisiana. Dr. Miller specializes in the group of traditional chiropractic techniques primarily emphasized in the Palmer College curriculum, including: Gonstead technique, activator methods, motion palpation, diversified In addition to these, in 1993, Dr. Miller began to focus especially in the field of applied kinesiology, studying originally under Dr. James Hogg of Davenport, Iowa. Later courses were completed in 2003 and 2004, in Dallas, under the direction of Dr. Walter Schmitt, of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
