ABC Integrative Wellness

Dr. Donna Rene Elliott, D.C. (ABC Integrative Wellness) is in my opinion one of the best health practitioners you will ever have the pleasure of coming in contact with. She is a licensed chiropractor, but she is light years more than that. Let me explain. If you have trepidation about chiropractic because you think they are all “bone crackers”, you will be amazed by the methods she uses, which do not involve mere placement of out-of-alignment bones and joints through physical manipulation. Her methods are infinitely gentle and treat on a MUCH deeper level than that. The scope of her knowledge encompasses musculature, organs, nervous and circulatory systems, vibrational frequencies, parasitic and toxic considerations and emotional factors. Even nutritional input if you have a question. Her focus and intention in her work is to help each and every client in their healing to, as she states, “Change the world one person at a time”, rather than to subscribe to the allopathic, governmental and pharmaceutical dictates and economic priorities found in many modern medical practices, and you will feel the devotion that is the foundation of her care.

ABC Integrative Wellness is a quaint little gem of wellness and self care wrapped in one spot. When you walk in the door you’re greeted with a calm serene atmosphere opening your senses to soothing smells that relax the body instantly. The appointment I had was with Dr Elliott, the experience was amazingly beneficial to my body and walking into the session I had soreness in my hips, tightness of the upper body, and we worked on my digestive issues with the large intestine through a unique, gentle form of body manipulation(chiropractic) and acupuncture without needles. I felt an instant relief in my hips and body after my session was over. What I loved about this session is that Dr Elliott is really in tuned to what your body is needing at that moment and makes the adjustments needed to release stuck energy trapped in the body. She explains throughly what she is doing and why in order to get the results for the body to do its work in releasing and healing. Wrapped it up with a 37 minute detoxifying session in the infrared sauna. I would highly recommend this experience, your BODY will THANK YOU. I definitely plan on another visit and exploring the other self pampering offers of ABC Integrative Wellness.

Since January 2024, I have been working with Dr. Elliott and Nina. They have been my lifeline when I felt like giving up. I have been housebound for years, and they have come to my home for treatments. This means the world to me. I live far from their practice, but they make the time to come see me. Not only are they highly knowledgeable, but they are also very kind, compassionate, and loving. They have helped me both physically and emotionally, and they always meet me where I am.
