A Denton resident since 1989. I did my pre-requisites for Parker College of Chiropractic at TWU. My oldest graduated from UNT in 2001. And my youngest will likely move from NCTC to UNT this fall. We, Dr. Chuck and I have enjoyed raising a family here and helping our city grow.Dr.Chuck Tillotson and Dr. Jan Nix met in chiropractic school. They were married the day before graduation day. And immediately began working to open their practice in Denton, Texas. They have two adult daughters, and 3 grandchildren and enjoy traveling and spending time with family. They both share the belief that "the power that made the body heals the body" and work to teach patients how to be healthier, and need less care.

Highly recommend. Dr Chuck and staff do an amazing job making sure that you are cared for. Very transparent and is there to make you feel heard as a patient and take care of your aggravating chronic needs. The office does well in communicating and adjusting appointments if something comes up. I found my guy if, you’re looking for a good adjustment or veteran friendly office, I recommend giving The family chiropractic center a try.

Dr. Chuck is amazing. I have seen several chiropractors in the last 27 years. Dr Chuck is far and away better than the rest. His technique is crazy good and make you feel like we are family. He takes his craft very seriously. Thank you Dr. Chuck.

Dr Chuck provided the best care I’ve ever seen in a practitioner that i can remember. Took my son (10) in for an assessment and treatment for neck pain that came on suddenly over the weekend. Dr Chuck asked me to describe his pain, I let my son speak about it, and Dr Chuck addressed him directly and treated him like the intelligent kid he is. He assessed him from feet to hips to shoulders to head, and worked with my son to stretch and work to the roots of the neck pain. Not once did we feel rushed, like the dr was already focused on his next patient, which seems to be the norm in every other medical setting. Will recommend Dr Chuck to anyone.
