Dr. Tony Pazzaglia, Physical Therapist received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 through EIM Institute of Health Professions. Board Certification in Orthopedics was earned in 2006 (OCS). Tony graduated from the inaugural physical therapy class of 1997 from Sacramento State University in California. Prior to admission into physical therapy school, Tony worked with outpatient physical therapy patients and senior citizens as a physical therapy assistant (PTA) from the years 1992-1997. Tony completed his undergraduate studies in Exercise Physiology with an Athletic Training emphasis in 1989 from California State University Chico and subsequently earned his Certification in Athletic Training (ATC) in 1990.'It's all a dream we dreamed one afternoon, long ago' ~ Box of Rain, Lesh. One balmy evening on a dock in Lakeport, California, a complicated boy sat with a beautiful girl and shared his dream of a gym and physical therapy practice, where people could exercise, get strong, and get well. Where people could get better, enjoy life more, and share in the process of growing, getting fit, and taking on physical challenges to become healthier and happier. This boy felt the strength and power of youth, wanted to share it with others, and surround himself with those seeking to improve fitness in order to better enjoy living. Tony, now a complicated man, and Heidi, a beautiful woman, realized the 1st version of this dream when they opened Carmel Valley Physical Therapy in 1999. The dream progressed in 2005 when they opened Terrapin Physical Therapy and offered an in-ground pool with an underwater treadmill and a cutting edge gym.
