While I was traveling through Europe with chronic back pain from arthritis, it got so bad that I needed to seek chiropractic help. I was anxious about seeing a new chiropractor, someone whom I didn't have a treatment history with. I googled Milan chiropractors and UMA seemed to have the best reviews. Luckily I was treated by Dr Caruso who took time and attention to find out about my issues and provided treatment that resulted in a significant decrease in my back pain. I ended up seeing him 3 times and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! He was professional, attentive, caring and actually explained more about my back issues than my regular chiropractor in the USA. I highly recommend Dr. Caruso for chiropractic care. I think without his care my European holiday would have been very different in that I would not have been able to walk around and enjoy the amazing sites in Italy. Thanks Dr. Caruso- you made a huge difference in my holiday. If I'm in Milan again and having back pain, I'll be back in to see you. You were truly a life saver!!
