John is a 1978 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with extensive postgraduate training in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation as well as injury prevention. John is past president of the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Association and Private Practice Section of the APTA. He is currently a physical therapy consultant for the Milwaukee Brewers.SPORT Clinic Physical Therapy has evolved over the past 25 years to a state-of-the-art facility providing physical therapy services and education. We specialize in the treatment and prevention of injury related to sports or musculoskeletal conditions. Programs are individually designed using evidence-based methods to help improve everyday movement, athletic performance, and everything in between. We recognize that healing is both art and science, and the SPORT Clinic professional team uses intuition and years of experience to create the best program for each patient. SPORT Clinic has also built a reputation for handling the most difficult cases including post-surgical evaluation and treatment. We have established a referral network of over 500 physicians and other healthcare providers. Programs Include: Rehabilitation for issues related to the spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist/hand, hip, knee, ankle and foot. Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Injury prevention. Biomechanical gait analysis and videotaping. Fitness education training and instruction for home programs. Gym program for post-rehabilitation follow through.

I received great relief for my adductor strain at Sport Clinic, but what I was most impressed by were all of the general health and strength training tips that I received as well in my road to recovery. I went in to treat for one specific problem and came out a healthier person overall. The therapists were knowledgeable and great to work with and the staff was fantastic as well. A very good experience and outcome.
