Dr. Giessman has been a practicing chiropractor for 30+ years practicing in both Pleasanton, Lafayette and his hometown of Brentwood. He has always enjoyed working with other disciplines of healthcare incorporating acupuncture, massage and physical therapy directly in his practice.Spine & Sportcare Associates has been serving the Brentwood community for the last 25 years.
