Dr. Brazzell has been practicing in Sugar Land, TX since 2019 and opened his own clinic, Revive Chiropractic & Performance on April 4th, 2024. He's passionate about patient centered care, education, exercise science, nutrition, helping people find pain relief and a healthy lifestyle. Specialized in neck & back pain, disc problems, neuropathy, sciatica, hip, shoulder, knee, hand/wrist, ankle/foot or other joint pain, auto accident or sport injuries and headaches. Offering chiropractic adjustments, electrical therapy, spinal disc decompression, shockwave therapy, spinal rehabilitation and massage (coming soon).

At Revive, it is our mission to provide targeted and innovative methods to address your pain to provide lasting results. We believe in an evidence based and patient centered approach to care. Our services include: Chiropractic Adjustments, Spinal Disc Decompression, Shockwave Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise, Electrical Stimulation, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation and Massage (Coming Soon).
