Neuromuscular Massage Therapy for Injury prevention and Rehabilitation. During your session, we will work together to eliminate referred pain, release compressed nerves, mobilize stiff joints, and increase range of motion throughout the body. We will be using modalities such as trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, and deep tissue therapy to get you comfortable in your body. I went to Nate with a frozen shoulder and after just one visit, I had increased mobility and decreased pain. After four visits, the difference in mobility and pain is miraculous. Nate is intentional, knowledgeable and impactful. He is a problem solver, empathetic listener, straight shooter and all around great human. When you’re in pain, it impacts you every day - both physically and emotionally. Working with Nate has literally changed my days, I walk out of each session feeling taller, stronger and healthier! I highly recommend Nate, he’s an expert.

10/10 would recommend! Nate is an amazing Massage Therapist and a great guy. He saved me from having to get back surgery and potentially having to prematurely retire from Martial Arts. He not only helped me recover from my chronic pain but also showed me have to improve body posture and composition. Through consistent sessions with Nate and sticking to his advice I was not only able to return to training but return to my regular active lifestyle. Thank you Nate you really brought back a lot of joy and happiness to my life 🙏

For TWO years I have had the privilege of Nate’s personal training expertise. I came to him just a few months after bilateral hip replacement surgery and felt very limited. He diligently took his time to prioritize my mobility and stability, ensuring my safety over everything. Each session with Nate is engaging and creative, blessed with music and visits from his cat Frankie. And I get encouragement from his Olympian wife when she shows up in the space! Not only is my body being restored to the flexibility I believed I could recapture, I’m getting stronger than ever! Not too bad for a middle aged, mother of three, former athlete and 4yr cancer survivor. Looking forward to more sweat and joyful gains with Nate Torra!
