Dr. Ryan Albern was led to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine following his own struggle with migraines and residual pain. He was able to find relief from chiropractic care, and since then has dedicated his career to help others with new and/or chronic pain find relief!Dr. Ryan Albern opened Prime Relief & Wellness in 2023 in his hometown of Rutherford, NJ.

I’ve suffered from on and off lower back pain for two years, and a few weeks ago I had such debilitating pain that I couldn’t walk. Dr. Albern was so accommodating and got me into the office right away. After just one session, my pain had been significantly reduced and I was able to return to work and normal activities. After a few regular sessions, I have noticed that the constant nagging pain is gone, and I feel much stronger. Dr. Albern took the time to understand exactly where my pain was, and used skill and expertise to help me slowly regain full mobility and eliminate pain and discomfort that I had grown used to working around. I highly recommend Dr. Albern - his knowledge, patience and skill are unmatched!
