Welcome to Plexus! We look forward to helping you overcome your circumstances and meeting your goals. Please give us a call with your questions or concerns. We are happy to help and we will always do our best.We decided to start our own physical therapy practice after being disappointed by having to compromise the needs of our patients with the needs of our employer's profit margin. We believe that physical therapy, done right, should be practiced expertly, compassionately, and ethically in a manner that benefits the patient. Plexus, meaning a junction, represents our vision in which the physical therapist's expertise, the effort of the patient, and the support of friends, families and other professionals can come together and positively transform the lives of everyone involved. It also represents our belief in the union between the science of modern science and the art of complementary & alternative health practices.

Expert and personalized physical therapy to help you heal in the best & most effective way possible. We begin with a consultation to make sure that we are confident in our ability to help you. We follow that with verifying your insurance benefits so that you have no surprises. Then, we perform a thorough evaluation to find the root of your pain and concerns. Based on that, a treatment program tailored for your situation will begin restoring you to the life you want to live. Our holistic & integrated approach to physical therapy allows us to address your pain with both techniques from modern research as well as from time tested oriental healing arts. Hands on treatments are then used to restore your body's mobility so you can move better and with greater ease. We teach you exercises based on latest physical therapy science as well as holistic movements from Taichi and Qigong. We work with all the common PT issues, including post operative care, sports injuries, muscle, bone and joint injuries. Some of the more uncommon conditions we help people with include TMJ pain, vertigo, chronic pain, Parkinson's Disease, MS and more.

I mostly worked with Tran/Mark at Plexus and it was a great experience. My doctor diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy due to an incident and I was in serious constant pain. After 3 months of PT 2 days a week I fully recovered. Tran/Mark were able to pinpoint my recovery plan based on the back and forth feedback of my condition. All of the staff are very friendly and professional from the front desk to the aids. The office is very clean and they have lots of different equipment for a abundance of exercises. I would highly recommend Plexus physical therapy for the clean facility, friendly/helpful staff, but more importantly the full recovery.

I had a great experience with Tran Thai physical therapist. She was able to cure my Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) in one day. During follow up visit, she made sure I am 100% and provided what to do and not in future. I had a pleasant experience overall.

I highly recommend Plexus Physical Therapy! They are very professional, the facilities are very clean. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. All the physical therapists and assistants are highly trained, very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. The results I got were amazing to me. I thought I would never get better after my fall. I had a broken clavicle (fixed surgically), a torn rotator cuff, a torn AC joint, and a torn labrum. I went twice a week religiously. I’m happy to say that I am almost 100% back to my pre-accident strength and range of motion, with very little pain. It was a journey I never could have handled on my own without them. Thank you Plexus Physical Therapy!
