Physician and trainer owned, the Pittsburgh Fitness Project is dedicated to helping clients meet their health and fitness needs through any combination of personal training, small group fitness classes, therapeutic massage and nutritional counseling.Owners, Tom Duer and Brian Clista, MD, started the Pittsburgh Fitness Project to help people meet all their health and fitness needs under one roof. We strive to inspire each other and our community to build a healthy lifestyle.
