If I could give 10 stars I would. The entire team at Pinecrest are one of the kindest group of people that I've ever met. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone is so warm, affectionate, and eager to make sure you're doing well physically and emotionally. And I have to give the hugest of shout-outs to the exceptional Dr.Sims. I've never met anyone who both knows his craft so well and applies it in the perfect way while always having an infectious smile on his face. I'd been dealing with shoulder pain for a while and went to another chiropractor who achieved less than stellar results. Dr.Sims was able to perfectly identify the issue, break it down in a way that was efficient and easy to understand, and begin a treatment plan to tackle the issue head on. His commitment to truly connecting with his clientele speaks volumes, and I've never felt so at ease in a medical setting. After months of dealing with lingering back and shoulder pain, I'm finally feeling like myself again and I'm so grateful to have found this incredible place😄 I could rave about it for awhile, but I think you get the point. If you have any wellness/chiropractic issues whatsoever, don't even think about going to a different spot! I literally look forward to going and I'll be legitimately kinda sad when I feel 100 percent better lol. Dr. Sims is awesome. He is very knowledgeable about the body and knows how to fix just about any issue you present to him! I may walk in with a headache, backache, and just off balance, and when I leave I have a great feeling of well-being, like everything is back in place where it should be. And the physical therapists Jess and Vera are amazing. When you finish getting an adjustment from Dr. Sims, they will stretch and massage your body and have you feeling so good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sims since 2007. Not only is he a gentle and competent chiropractor, but I have never met anyone who is more knowledgeable about nutrition and how it affects the body. I have been to 4 chiropractors over the years and he is by far the best - that's why I keep coming back. Also the front-desk staff are so friendly and always make me feel welcome.
