The best thing is, Dr. Peters explains to you why pain is happening, what’s causing it, shows you how to stretch properly for it, and gives you tips and hacks on how to reduce it/heal fast. ON TOP of my back pain, I experience sever pain in my hands and forearms from my sewing job. I was shown how to properly strengthen my arms to minimize tight/soreness and what stretches are most effective. My insurance funds ended a year ago, and I still return occasionally, as needed, and receive great treatment. I officially have full mobility back and I’m so thankful. They offer a great price with amazing service.
