Dan is the absolute best. I came to his practice referred by my doctor. I thought I would never recover from my injuries. He is hands on and works your muscle stretching and with heat and massage so you do your strengthening when your muscles are at optimal capacity and performance. He works on your posture too. It makes a significant difference. This is a superior and professional choice in the market.

I've been going to Performance PT for 2 months following meniscus knee surgery (non-weight bearing for 6 weeks) and they've 100% helped me get walking again without a cane. They've given me incremental exercises that helped me progress along the way. The PT's, Danny and Andrea, and the PT Assistants, Sarah, Brandon, Gaby, and Jonathan, are knowledgeable, caring, and friendly and work 1:1 with you on the exercises. Amber, at the front desk is friendly and efficient. It's a relaxed, positive, encouraging environment. I've seen all ages and people working on various injuries in the gym, and the walls are covered with thank-you items from professional sports and cirque du-soleil athletes. Highly recommend!
