"Here at Peninsula RSI Chiropractic Wellness Center, we love to help you with your health and wellness needs. I am located in Redwood City and work with all ages and conditions. Different adjusting techniques are used for patients based on what their body responds to best. What makes our office different is that we are able to provide Decompression/Traction for neck and low back disc issues as well as work with soft tissue issues as part of our PT component. ie: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and many other techniques to help patients fully recover and maintain their optimal level of health."

Dr. Dana Robinson and our team at Peninsula RSI Chiropractic Wellness Center believe in helping people learn how to help themselves heal. Since 1997, our practice has specialized in bringing relief to people with work and sports-related repetitive strain injuries, headaches, and lower back pain. We use state-of-the-art diagnostics and musculoskeletal manipulation therapies to successfully treat patients in our relaxing atmosphere. I have chronic issues. They respond to making appointments within a reasonable time. They use heat, massage and other therapies to help release areas to facilitate care. Dr. D. Robinson listens to patients, works to allign the body and adjust the spine. I feel so much better after sessions her. Working to maintain stretching and strengthening afterward to support the muscles is important.

I visited Peninsula RSI Chiropractic Wellness Center for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. Dr. Robinson did a thorough intake, so I felt listened to and heard. She explained what she was doing and why, so there were no surprises. She provided recommendations for care between visits to help improve my condition and I felt well taken care of. Having been to some snap, crack, thank you m'am chiropractors in the past, this was not just a refreshing change, this was true expert care.
