Dr. Pappas is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis Missouri. He received a Bachelor Degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1999. After graduating he opened his practice to help others regain their health through chiropractic care. Pappas Chiropractic maintains a commitment to excellence and pride caring for families and individuals of all ages, from newborns to seniors. Dr. Pappas strives to provide his patients with every aspect of health and wellness. He believes this approach to healthcare will enable people to enjoy long and healthy lives. Chiropractic care is just one avenue for healthcare that he recommends, Dr. Pappas believes in a holistic approach to health maintenance. In an effort to provide the best possible care, he consistently updates techniques and services. Dr. Pappas and his wife, Stacey, are busy raising three children, Alex, Ava, and Andrew. He enjoys spending time with his family but also enjoys hunting, and fishing wheDr. Anthony Pappas started the office to help Festus and the surrounding community live a healthier life through chiropractic. Through the years, he has helped thousands of individuals to get out of pain and get back to their lives. Dr. Mike Zwiener joined the team July 2016 to better help the community.

We love everyone at Pappas Chiropractic! My 2 yr old & 2 month old see Dr. TJ and we’ve had the best experience. My 2 yr old hasn’t had ear infections since we started and both the kids sleep so much better and easier after every appointment. The staff is amazing. I have my hands full with 3 kiddos and everyone is so understanding and helpful at every appointment. We’re so thankful for Pappas!

Dr. tj is awesome. I walked in really crippled up from a motorcycle accident and improper follow-up care, and after about 5 months of 3 to 2 to 1 times a week, I am as close as I'll ever be to fully recovered from that accident my daily life is back to normal. I walked in limping and had 8 restrictions in my spine at the start. I only had one at the end of treatment, and I definitely would recommend it to people who have chronic pain in their back and limbs.

This is the only place to go. I have lower back problems and when they get bad Mr Pappas can get me back in shape. Had a rib out of place (the pain was stabbing knife) . He put it back in and was work 1 day later. Cares about his patience!!!!
