Every person was created unique. Thus, we believe that each person should be adjusted to their needs, not anyone else’s. At OneLife, every practice member receives specific adjustments based upon their individual X-rays. No two people are adjusted the same. Through specific, individualized, corrective adjustments, highly researched structural rehab exercises, and lifestyle education, we are able to prove structural correction of the body with before and after x-rays.

I’ve had chronic lower back pain and started getting migraines, but after following a weekly plan for three months, I’ve seen incredible results. My migraines are completely gone, and my back pain is so much better! He’s the only chiropractor I’ve ever been to who makes a plan based on your X-rays and what your body actually needs, instead of doing the same thing for everyone. Both he and Jill are so kind and genuinely care about their patients.

I’ve been feeling so much better since seeing Dr. Lance! I came with terrible neck pain and it’s gone. He has also corrected my crooked posture and shown me through X-rays the improvement. Highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Lance 4 years ago with the intention of seeing what my xray looked like, get a single adjustment and never go back. However, my first initial visit made me feel so safe and comfortable that I still see him today. I have C-PTSD and suffer from a multitude of symptoms including chronic pain, migraines, disordered sleep and various mental health issues. Dr. Lance provides a welcoming space, explains the process, it's importance and provides suggestions outside of chiropractic to help reduce pain symptoms. Since seeing Lance, I've had an insane decrease in migraines and chronic pain. My sleep is regular. It just boosts my self esteem and how I navigate the world. I recommend Dr. Lance to everyone. His mission, care and compassion has really changed my life.
