Beth has been practicing for 11 years, along side Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and indipendently. Beth uses techniques that range from relaxing up to Deep Tissue. She has found a way to get muscles to respond quickly and retrain the muscles to stay relaxed.Beth has been practicing in Pocatello for 1 year, but has stepped out to practice on her own at this beautiful location.

Beth specializes in a technique referred to as Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy. This technique allows the muscle to reset and hold the treatment. The end result is to reverse the muscle memory, and have the client enjoy muscles that are no longer full of tension.
