Dr. David Lott graduated with a BA in Biology from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin Simmons University. Dr. Lott is an ABPTS Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and is a certified McKenzie Therapist (Cert MDT). He is also a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), a certified WorkSTEPS provider and is Level 3 Kinesio Taping Certified. Dr. Lott received the Ruby Decker Award for Most Outstanding Physical Therapist in 2007, which is the highest distinction a Physical Therapist can receive in Texas, as well as the Warren C. Smythe Award in 2007 for most outstanding contribution to the physical therapy profession by a private practitioner in Texas. In 2011, his practice was selected APTA's 2011 Private Practice of the Year and his alma mater, Hardin Simmons University, awarded him HSU Outstanding Alumni.Lott Fitness Center is a 24/7 friendly, full-service center providing a community-like atmosphere that features the latest in cardio and exercise equipment and free weights. We offer a variety of affordable membership options for individuals, couples, seniors, families and businesses. We are providers for many health insurance based fitness membership programs such as Healthways, Prime, Well on Target, Silver and Fit, Silver Sneakers, Global Fit, and more. We do not charge enrollment or annual fees and strive to keep our rates reasonable. We even offer month-to-month no draft, no long-term commitment options. Lott Fitness Center offers cardio entertainment systems, free daily locker use, towel service and full shower facilities. Cleanliness is our priority. Our Fairfield location includes 24/7 Virtual Fitness Group Exercise Classes, a full indoor studio and free child care! Our Corsicana location includes an outdoor heated, covered studio.
