As a chiropractor with over a decade of experience and an exceptional understanding of healing philosophy, Dr. Chris Cox is committed to awakening each and every practice member's inborn potential and helping them live a better life. One of the first things you will notice when meeting Dr. Cox is his ability to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Enjoying everyday with an attitude of gratitude, laughing frequently and finding the silver lining in every situation are just a few of the ways he does this. Whether it is his family or business, he handles every situation with appreciation and unconditional love, confronts all adversity head on and with a smile. In his free time, you may see Dr. Cox swimming, cycling or running as he competes in triathlons (including an Ironman triathlon). He also enjoys great food, the ocean and laughter with his family (Jennifer, Summer,Sydney, Patrick, and Carter) and friends.We began our jouney to help make Tucson a healthier place over a decade ago. Over the years we have met so many wonderful people that have decided to make us a part of their healthcare team!! We feel so honored to be trusted with their health goals! We have been honored with national and international awards of excellence and we continue to strive to be at the cutting edge of technology, information delivery and results so that our practice members can benefit from all that we know! We look forward to sharing that information with you!

We focus on finding natural solutions to health problems for the entire family. Our youngest practice members were adjusted at home right after birth and our most senior practice members are living a vital life into their 100's!! How many chiropractors do you know that will make a house call for your new baby? Dr. Cox is also one of the few chiropractors who is certified in concussion therapy! Making him an invaluable tool for athletes of all ages. We love to work with any segment of the population but we specialize in children and adults with ADHD, active families, and the "everyday" athlete! Utilizing the very best technology available - the CLA Insight Scanning System - we focus on each patients concerns to develop a truly detailed plan of care that is specific to each persons life goals.

Hi my name is Mia I’m 22 and back in January I was in a really bad car accident. That left me with 16 stitches dbl layered and muscle spasms that really interfered with my quality of life. that’s when I found life aligned. When I came into their up facility I could barely walk comfortably and in a few weeks the muscles spasms got less frequent and walking, lifting and driving became less uncomfortable/painful. There is a wonderful team that works here, super welcoming and honestly they are super genuine when it comes to you and your all around health. They are happy to work with you and around your schedule. When I had to reschedule or I had a busy week they never made me feel overwhelmed. They are happy to help and do it with a smile :)

This place is the best! Dr. Cox is through, kind, and generous with his time. His diagnostic tools and decades of experience revealed injuries and trauma i never told him about. His staff is throughly trained, kind, always hustling, and knows everyone's name. Truly customer service focused. Life Aligned Wellness Center is growing and expanding their service so you better hurry up and get in there to get your life and body aligned. They treat me better than I deserve.

Dr. Cox and his staff are wonder. I went in with a lot of shoulder pain and lower back pain. After I was analysed Dr. Cox determined my pain was located in the nerve cells in my middle back. It took a few weeks of treatments but my shoulders are pain free and my lower back has greatly improved. I am happy😊. The staff were cheerful, efficient, and helpful!
