Physical Therapy & Personal Training - In our studio or at your home gym. Jen Graham offers a comprehensive evaluation and individualized follow up sessions in the private JGPT studio or a client's gym. Jennifer provides each client with private physical therapy services and/or personal training, with appropriate modifications and progression. She has extensive experience in treating and training people after injury or surgery to resume their previous activity level, participate in sports and reach their individualized goals. Clients have included professional athletes, recreational exercisers and clients who are just beginning an exercise program. Jennifer performs a comprehensive evaluation to assess a client's history, specific complaints, range of motion, flexibility, joint mobility, strength, and movement patterns. She will then develop a plan to address the specific limitations and maximize the clients ability to perform daily routines, exercise and job specific tasks.
