I graduated from Life Chiropractic West in the Fall of 2021, but my journey began in 2007. Nearly 6 months after I graduated high school, I lost my mother to a number of different health factors. This awoke a passion to seek out what truly makes someone healthy. Since 2011, I've found a piece of that through personal training, which transformed into becoming a life coach. In 2015, I found the next piece when I enrolled in chiropractic college. It was a perfect fit because it shared the philosophy of making our bodies as healthy as possible versus treating the disease after we are already sick. I believe the key to a happy, healthy life is education and preventative care, and I live to empower my clients to reach their full potential.

Our purpose is simple—to bring clarity and focus to health and wellness, creating a culture that inspires individuals at any stage to reach their health goals. We utilize in addition to the Chiropractic Adjustment: - Hyper Volt Percussion Therapy, -Ultrasound, -Myofascial Release, -Rockblading -and much more to deliver results for our patients, depending on their needs! We have helped many individuals get out of pain who have suffered from: - Headaches/Migraines, -Low Back pain, -Poor posture, -tendinitis, -plantar fasciitis -Shoulder Pain Let us Know what your needs are and We'll formulate a plan to get you back to the life you love!
