Dr. Ford literally saved my life!(Musculoskeletal injury--lifting, swimming, etc--which morphed into odd problems and a harsh, scary diagnosis by a Sports MD) Dr. Ford saved my life by his genius clinical assessment & hands on care, his optimism in my future health & strength, his skill in prescriptive therapeutic exercises, his consistency, his patience and sooooo much more. As a RN BSN with a long service record in health care including UCSF Medical Center, I know first hand that Dr. Ford walks on water. There is not a health care provider who is as smart, as effective, as gifted, as kind, as trustworthy, as thorough, as humble, as wholistic, as persistent, or as hard working: all this EVERY time FOR HIS PATIENTS. Plus, when I was afraid and doubtful, he helped me get the confidence to try pool PT as a supplement to his care. IE, Dr Ford's care is INTERDISCIPLINARY. And the whole office & clinical Team ARE HAPPY, NICE, easy going, effective! The environment they create, in itself, is healing & uplifting & all encompassing (body-mind-soul). The rates are super reasonable and so WORTH IT for health & comfort & hopes sake! When my insurance said no, eventually they said yes because of the progress I was making. I have to say it again: Dr. Ford saved my life!

I have been to many chiropractors in my lifetime. I recently moved to Santa Barbara and today I had my first appointment with Dr. Ford. I couldn't be happier. He was thorough, kind, gentle, explained everything to me and I left feeling so much better! All in all it was truly a five star experience.

I came to Ford Chiropractic due to a herniated disc, C6/C7. I had never experienced the extraordinary amount of pain I was in when I first showed up as a wreck in need of healing. Hunter Ford and his receptionists were quick to get me in, and, fortunately for me, they accept Medicare. Always extremely professional and receptive to what I had to say, Hunter Ford was able to zero in on how to relieve all of the tension and pain I was dealing with. I strongly recommend Ford Chiropractic! Addendum: I am updating my review (above written 3 weeks ago) because my husband just went in due to a lot of shoulder pain and felt much much better after just one treatment! They got him in within 24 hours of our last-minute call for help, and my husband is going back for another appointment in 3 days. Hunter is extremely hard-working, attentive, skilled, and an all-around excellent human being. I haven't been to every chiro in town, but I'm going to say Ford Chiro is the best in town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
