We are FIR Chiropractic and have partnered with Idemia to provide fingerprinting services as of March 2020. The Springdale, AR Enrollment Center is located in the same suite (D101) as the chiropractic clinic. It is north of the Phillips 66 gas station in The Springdale Business Centre complex. Look for the Idemia signs in front of the building right off Thompson st.
