ES3PT is an outpatient physical therapy clinic located in the heart of the Tierrasanta community in San Diego, CA. We specialize in treating all musculoskeletal conditions as well as injury prevention and pre-hab, with an emphasis on manual therapy. Our therapists also are trained in treating a variety of neuromuscular diagnoses such as balance and vestibular disorders, cervicogenic headaches, and muscular dystrophies.
