Performance Physical Therapy in Lacey & Olympia, Washington. 60-minute one-on-one physical therapy sessions with a focus on exactly what you need. We will use skilled manual therapy and teach you targeted performance exercise and patient education to empower you to meet your goals. We offer Blood Flow Restriction Training and this spring will offer Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (coming April) and Dry Needling (coming May). We specialize in sports & performance, fitness athletes, barbell athletes, women’s health, and endurance athlete. We are here to help you prevent injury & optimize performance, rehab after injury, and recovery from competition or heavy training cycles. We are located in Olympia, WA at CrossFit Olympia on Wednesdays and at Athena Fitness & Wellness on Fridays and offer home visits in Lacey.
