Elevate Pelvic Health is a physical therapy practice. Our Physical Therapist has advanced training in pelvic health that can not be provided by a typical outpatient PT. We are specifically trained in both external and internal assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles, nerves and ligaments live inside the pelvis so the gold standard for pelvic floor assessment is an internal examination. We are experts at making this very safe, comfortable and private experience. We are trained in caring for those who have experienced trauma and may need to go slow.
