I was hesitant on going to a chiropractor because of what I would see on social media. However, Dr. K proved to me that there are great chiros out there that truly care about your health and well being. They have helped me get better and move better. My back pain has decreased. My favorite chiropractor's office is in Los Angeles or the Valley! They offer red light therapy, and Dr. K is knowledgeable about the body and knows what you need. If you are nervous about being adjusted, no need to worry, Dr K never over-adjusts. He’s helped me reduce my pain level from 8 to 0. He also recommends supplements for any stage of life.
