Coastal Movement Specialists is an outpatient occupational therapy, physical therapy, and pilates clinic specializing in treating patients with orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular impairments. Located on Johns Island, we proudly serve the entire Charleston, SC area. Providing one-on-one therapeutic care, our mission is to help our patients to enjoy more active, healthy and pain-free lives.
