Dr. Erin O'Maley

Erin is an exceptional chiropractor who has been an integral part of my wellness journey for the past four years. I always leave feeling refreshed and aligned. I wholeheartedly recommend Erin to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring chiropractor for their health and well-being.

The first thing I appreciated about Dr. O'Maley was how quickly she got back to me! I'm often working during any kind of doctor's office hours and so I usually have to leave voicemails...that few ever seem to return. Dr. O'Maley called the next day and we were able to schedule an initial evaluation soon after. Since then I've enjoyed her flexibility and understanding in meeting different scheduling needs while still maintaining our adjustment goals. I also love the fact that she collects and provides quantified/visual data to really track your progress. Only half way through my individual care program and I already notice improved sleep, improved mood, and greater mobility in my workouts. I've also been able to discuss other health concerns with her, and am always met with intrigue and advice. I would highly recommend working with Dr. O'Maley if you're someone who values a deeper understanding of your overall health and are hoping to develop a relationship where you feel heard as a patient. She is warm, inviting, and highly knowledgeable, and it's obvious she is passionate about what she does - what more can one ask for in their chiropractic journey!

Working with Erin has been a wonderful addition to my self care regimen. The best part is that I was skeptical of chiropractic care, but I trusted her after getting to know her for about a year outside of care. I decided to come to Erin when thinking about reattempting to hike the Long Trail in 2020, pre/early covid. I had serious trouble with ankle pain particularly on my left ankle. I also suffered from some lower back pain after difficult workouts. Erin took the time to assess my spine not only through a thorough medical/family history assessment but also a few tests to determine where my hotspots are and what areas she’ll need to focus on during treatment. Erin is not a one time fix you up good kind of chiropractor. She works to ensure long lasting and meaningful results. We started at 2x a week for almost two months and have since reduced to once a week. During the start of my therapy we also dedicated time to my ankle and even included strengthening exercises on a balance board. My ankle fatigued much less easily now! The pain and stiffness is gone. We work on a number of spinal alignments as well as it’s all connected! Erin was also to help me find a natural supplement/enzyme to help me with my digestive issues as well. I was also SUPER skeptical however I have been dealing with GI issues my doctor has been unable to recommend a fix for years since I had my gall bladder removed at age 14. Surprisingly I am more regular now than I have ever been and it’s been a huge quality of life improvement! I highly recommend Erin and her practice. Worth every penny.
