Sarah and Hilary were classmates at Queen's University and graduated from the Master of Science in Physical Therapy program in 2016. With a combined 10+ years of experience, Sarah and Hilary have focused their areas of expertise in orthopedics, pelvic floor physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation. Whether you would like to live an active lifestyle, win a provincial championship, have an uncomplicated pregnancy & delivery, or simply get through your day pain-free, we want to help you achieve your goals.
