Brooks Rehabilitation at Fleming Island provides skilled physical therapy services to meet your rehabilitation needs.
Our physical therapists specialize in orthopedics, manual therapy, sports injuries, neurological conditions, post-operative conditions, pelvic health, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, work injuries and geriatric rehabilitation.
Our occupational therapists specialize in upper extremity pathologies, splinting, post-operative conditions, neurological disorders and hand therapy. Our speech therapists specialize in adult and pediatric speech conditions to include swallowing, cognitive processing, voice and language.

I'm sharing my experience I had with phyisical therapist Micah Hale after having ACDF neck surgery. He is very professional, knowledgeable, always on time, asked if I had any questions or concerns at all my appointments, and he always projected a positive attitude. He made sure I was doing all my exercises correctly increasing weights where needed at every appointment. I just have one negative about Brooks. I have had several Physical Therapists in the past at different facilities. I have never had to share my time with the PT before but here they always take 2 people at the same time leaving you waiting before and after exercises. Micah managed his time very well although the waiting adds up to a chunk of time in the end. Overall it was a good experience physically with my healing process. Thank you Micah!

I had six knee surgeries two back surgeries and a few other injuries in my life of all the rehab centers I’ve been to Brooks is the best the staff there Chris, Trey and Micah are amazing. It feels like I’m getting better and stronger every day. Thank you so much for making me feel like I’m gonna be complete again if I just do the work
