I had severe pain and inflammation in my back that made daily living difficult. The team worked out a plan for me with treatments at their office as well as stretching & exercises I do at home. The plan felt customized to my needs and it worked! My pain is gone, my flexibility continues to increase, and my posture has improved.

I love going to this chiropractic office! Dr. Kristi is amazing and I love her adjustments. The entire team is superb and I appreciate the care they've given me and my back. They also have a nurse which is extremely helpful and she's a lovely woman! 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it!

At other facilities I had physical therapy, adjustments, and steroid injections and decided to put off a rhizotomy to see if Back to Health could help me with an intensive plan getting to the root of my problems. With aggressive, regular treatment in various forms, I have my life back! The team came up with a plan of exercises, adjustments, dry needling, decompression, shockwave and massage 2-3 times/week for about 4-6 weeks. They tracked and reevaluated me along the way. They were positive and encouraging, listened to me, and made changes as needed. Now I have treatments once a week, and we'll continue reducing to maintenance over time. It took a lot of work on all of our parts. I'm grateful for their commitment and help. I'm back to driving more than 15 minutes, traveling and entertaining, cooking, walking, and living a much more active life than I was able before I began treatment. I'll have to continue making my back care a priority, but Back to Health's team taught me how to take care of myself and make my back a priority so that I can enjoy my life. I'm so grateful for Kristi Farrell and her amazing staff. I will always be grateful for them!
