Alexis is sure to greet with a smile and cheerful hello at our front desk! Here to help make scheduling quick and easy, answer your questions, and help to provide an overall pleasant experience start to finish!Avenues of Health is owned by two Chiropractors, Dr. Paula Allenburg and Dr. Robert Shepherd. Here at Avenues of Health we accept insurance, are always accepting new chiropractic patients, and treat both Automotive and Workers Compensation cases. We have a certified massage therapist, Rachel Romanelli, who specializes in several areas of care including craniosacral, pre/post surgical, as well as lymphatic massage. Come and see our space within our gorgeous Victorian home, creating the opportunity for a total health and wellness approach!

The best chiropractors and massage therapist you could hope to find. Honest, knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I have seen so many people walk in in horrible pain, and leave standing tall with a smile on their face. You feel at home here in the old Victorian home versus a cold doctors office. You’re treated like a friend not just a number or some patient. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Dr. Bob is professional, knowledgeable, and effective. I've had multiple aches and pains go away after just a few treatments. I still go there even though my insurance changed and doesn't cover my visits anymore. Better to pay for something you know will give you relief than to go somewhere cheaper and possibly not have it work.
