Align Health & Wellness is the leading chiropractic wellness clinic in Long Lake, MN. (Located a bit west of Plymouth/Wayzata along 394/Hwy 12) We provide chiropractor, nutrition, sports injury rehab, postural correction, exercise rehabilitation care and much more to the greater Lake Minnetonka area of the Twin Cities Minnesota. Some of our specialties include Kinesiology Taping (utilizing Rocktape), Myofascial Release and Graston Technique as well as Seminars and Education in wellness and healthy living.
