I LOVE Align Asheville. I have been seeing Dr. Kirsten for years, she is always amazing. But she has added a new service which combines 15 minutes of deep tissue massage right before getting her adjustment, well let me tell you, it is the best thing going. I feel loose, relaxed and I always get the adjustment I need. I just left and feel 100% better than how I walked in. Thank you! PS: also there is now a monthly craniosacral therapist, who is wonderful too.

Having had a lifetime of experience with various chiropractors in Asheville, I found Dr. Kirsten to be very knowledgeable and capable. She sets herself apart, however, by her ability to listen. She asks the right questions, and then hears my responses to really focus care on the parts of my body that need it. I'm happy to have found her!
