Dr. S. Kyle Burtenshaw, D.C, C.I.D.N. Pioneer Sports & Pain Center was started to fulfill the dream of opening a integrative and comprehensive pain and injury treatment center where the best of medical, chiropractic, physiotheray and massage/soft tissue therapy are combined to provide the best patient outcomes. Dr. Burtenshaw has worked with St. Luke's, St. Alphonsus and collaborates often with other medical providers. He has worked with athletes across the board from Ironman triathletes to the Idaho Stampede and the late Boise Burn AF2 football team and most all sports at the high school level in Kuna Idaho. We treat our patients like family and our office is very warm and friendly. Our goal is making you feel comfortable and earning your trust. We have state of the art facilities and second to none customer service in Kuna Idaho!Dr. Burtenshaw started practice in Boise in 2005. He has worked with Boise Spine Center, Idaho Spine & Sports Center, St. Luke's and St. Alphonsus rehabilitation services. In 2011 Dr. Burtenshaw opened Pioneer Sports & Pain Center as a comprehensive Rehab center in Kuna Idaho.

In 2016 Dr. Elliott was hired as a second Chiropractic physician to accommodate for growth.

In 2019 physical therapy was added as an additional service to the clinic welcoming Dr. Brandon - DPT.

We serve Kuna and the surrounding areas including Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Boise, Caldwell and outlying communities in the Treasure Valley.
