I have visited a few chiropractors in the past and felt that I wasn't getting anywhere with my chronic pain in my ankle until I saw an ad for WellnessOnce. So lower back problems have bothered me for a long time. Went to my regular physician who recommended physical therapy to tighten the core because evidently I've been using my back muscles too much. I stuck with that for a while but never did get very much relief. I assumed that it was a way of life due to my age and weight and I would just tolerate the pain.
