I honestly can’t thank Dr. Cook enough. I came to her after dealing with neck pain, headaches, and vertigo that no one else could seem to fix. She did a CBCT scan and found the exact issue in my neck that other doctors had missed. After a few gentle upper cervical adjustments, my headaches are gone, my vertigo has completely disappeared, and I feel like myself again. Dr. Cook truly knows what she’s doing! She’s kind, thorough, and takes time to explain everything so you understand what’s going on. Her focus on upper cervical chiropractic care is something everyone should know about. I started seeing Dr. Mercedes back in the middle of April. From the moment I met her I could tell she was very personable and cared about what was going on with me. With me it started with the neck and then to the migraines. I would be waking up every morning 130 2 o’clock in the morning with a bad neck ache and then would result in a migraine headache. That went on for several months before I came across Dr. Mercedes. After about a month and a half two months visiting with her, my results have dissipated to about 90%. I was always the type of person that was very skeptical of chiropractors, but her profession is Upper Cervical Chiropractic. The adjustments she had to make were painless and has been VERY rewarding. Doctor Mercedes is very personable, listens to your problems, and cares about what is going on with her patients. I felt very, very comfortable speaking with her and to this day.
