Dr. Jeremy Brook

Dr. Jeremy Brook is a compassionate healer and a master of his craft. I had been struggling with hip and knee pain for about six months before I met Dr. Brook. In those six months, I saw multiple doctors, multiple physical therapists, got an x-ray, got an MRI, and no one could figure out what was going on. I had fully lost hope that I would ever be able to play sports or practice yoga pain free ever again. Within a few weeks of my first visit to the Life Center, I started feeling better. I am now a few months removed from that first visit and I am completely pain free in my hip and knee. My only regret is that I did not seek out this care sooner. I have boundless gratitude for Dr. Brook and the entire staff at the Life Center -- can't recommend them enough!

Ok, so I was struggling with chronic neck pain when starting with Life Center and Dr. Brooks in October 2023… I started full force, with X-rays and the whole package and came 3x a week. At first I was like oh no, is this guna be a thing I need to commit to way too much! Dr Brooks doesn’t over sell you… he prescribes what’s needed for your body and budget. Well… I quickly fell in love and became obsessed. Within just a few visits I felt relieved, with 6 weeks I could fully rotate and move and with 12 weeks I had basically a whole new spine. We retook X-rays and he said I would probably only need 1x a week. I was so sad haha because my visits were my highlights! I have been attending 1x a week since about March 2024, sometimes I have to skip a week, sometimes not but I’m always met with wonderful service, exceptional knowledge and answers to all my crazy questions. I have lost over 60 pounds, my anxiety has drastically gone down, my digestion feels better. And I’m not giving them all the credit, but by feeling good in my body I could do yoga again, walk longer again, be at a desk all day with no pain. To sum it all up in one word I would choose EXCEPTIONAL. Look no further… because you found the place. The Life Center Chiropractic and Dr. Jeremy Brook literally saved my life and put me back together. I was experiencing some of the worst pain I've ever felt and was unable to drive, walk, stand, or sit for 2 weeks because of a badly herniated L5 S1 disc. There were days I could barely stand up to sign in for my visit. After following Dr. Brook's physical therapy guidance and visiting 2-3 times a week for a few months, my pain has gone from a 9 out of 10, to almost ALMOST FORGETTING I EVER HAD THE INJURY. Dr. Brook is deeply knowledgable and a truly, humble master with his healing craft... A fine-tuned artist of chiropractic adjustments. Also, shout out to his team and facility! They were all super kind, helpful, and empathetic throughout every interaction I experienced. The facility is super clean with a sense of zen flowing as soon as you walk in the door.
