I’ve just had my fourth adjustment from Dr. Kahrs, and it will not be my last! Interestingly, my first adjustment was well over 25 years ago. At the time, my nervous system did not have the sensitivity or perception to feel or ‘get’ what he was doing. As with most arts & even sciences, it takes time and repetition to gain the deepest benefits from an intervention, particularly when a pattern has existed for some time - often years by the time we find this path. Fast forward 20 years, and probably 2000 or more spinal adjustments along with my own D.C. degree (because Chiropractic changed my LIFE 🔥❤️💥), and I’m more recently returning to Jeff in awe of not only the subtlety, but also the absolute MIRACLES that he and this office are performing. I consider myself quite fortunate to have had some of the finest spinal care available on the planet, so my own review comes with that lens, standard, and breadth in context. While my own technique is quite different in practice and approach from Jeff’s, I can now both perceive, as well as understand cognitively how amazing his work and that of this clinic is. Were I not 3.5 hours away, I would be coming up much more frequently for this tremendous form of care! Chiropractic - when done well - simply WORKS - and this is a place where one can receive kind, caring, compassionate, and COMPETENT care. Not only that - but I dare say from a humble Master! It amazes me that a specific adjustment to the atlas can have such amazing global effects on the body - from the hips to the organs to the feet. Innate knows what to do if we simply release the interference and get out of the way! 💥💕💥 Dr. Kahrs does this with excellence - so much so that I just brought my own office staff and my son to him this weekend to experience his mastery. It’s an honor and privilege to share the miracle of Chiropractic in common as cousins. Yes - our fathers are brothers - an uncommon and sweet bond! We can’t always choose our family, but this one would gladly have been chosen again if I’d have been given the option. It is also an absolute HONOR to share this profession with him. 🙏🔥❤️ If you are anywhere in the Sea-Tac area, or for that matter within driving or even flying distance, I could not recommend this office more highly to help ensure your body’s innate intelligence is flowing with vim and vigor. Really enjoyed my experience at Simmons Chiropractic! Everyone was so nice and professional. Dr Lyter was very friendly along with being informative to what he was checking and looking for in my body to be corrected.
