Visiting Dr Cohen is one of the best decisions I've ever made. He completely changed my life. None of that is hyperbole. I was dealing with chronic foot/ankle pain that was preventing me from enjoying all of my favorites activities. PT didn't help. Steroid injections didn't help. Surgery didn't help. Then I found Dr C on Google maps and couldn't be more grateful. His treatment got me back on track and went beyond just physical assistance. People always ask me why I get so excited to see my doctor or why I continue to travel to SF all the way from LA just to see him. It's because he gave me my life back and allowed me to pursue the path I'm on. It's because he's more than just a doctor at this point...it's like visiting an old friend. I just finished 10 months of travel in Southeast Asian and it may not have been possible without Dr C. On that trip I often though about the initial visits to his office and the condition I was in then...Compared to now where I'm running through rice terraces, climbing volcanoes, exploring cities and surfing to my heart's desire. It's all a testament to the work we did together. Thank you, Dr C, for helping me to fulfill my dreams. And I mean that beyond the physical treatment, but also the conversations. The connection of mind and body you helped me see. Understanding the stresses in my life and how to find a better path forward. Highly recommend chiropractic treatment with Proactive! I threw my back out recently and have fully recovered with better posture awareness, strength, flexibility, friction free movement...thanks to the care I received from Dr. Cohen! The first consultation was virtual because I was in so much back pain I couldn't get out of bed. Simple exercises and tips for icing and how to move with less pain helped me hobble to the first office visit. Treatment was gentle and with quick results! Dr. Cohen has a holistic approach and helped me address longtime imbalances, and muscles patterns. After each visit I was delighted to gain a wider range of motion and was inspired to work on strengthening and stretching with prescribed physical therapy exercises. Game changer!
