I’ve suffered from Trigeminal Neuralgia for 15+ years and have had no relief until I visited Dr. Sheppard and her wonderful staff. Dr. Sheppard is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have seen her go out of her way for a patient and treat them to the best of her ability. Her staff is amazing and knowledgeable as well. My family and I have been coming to Dr. Sheppard after a bad car accident left me with limited range of motion with my right arm. Another chiropractor that I had been seeing for 8 months told me that I had a pinched nerve. Dr Sheppard found that it was actually a rib out of place. She was the ONLY Dr who actually remedied my pain and got my full range of motion back. Since then, Ive been taking my family to her for all of our misalignment needs. Last week, my daughter fell and thought that maybe she broke a hip. After a trip to the ER and a few X-rays, it was determined she had no breakages or fractures. She was still in pain and walking on crutches. Today, Dr. Sheppard literally un-jammed her pelvis, put her hip back into place, and adjusted her. And boom!!! My 16 yr old is back to being good as new. She was giddy and giggling when we walked out just now bc of the immediate relief!!! THANK GOD for Dr. Sheppard! She’s a miracle worker for sure.
